COVID 19 UPDATE

We have ensured the appropriate layout and procedures are in place to ensure your experience is suitably safe for yourselves and our falconers.

What about insurance?

We hold public liability insurance. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

What should I wear?

Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear to be worn. If unsure please contact us and depending on the season we will suggest the appropiate clothing and footwear.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Participant Guidelines
  • Minimum age: 8 (under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult)
  • Maximum of 2 children per paying adult
  • Maximum of 4 individuals per Hawk Walk, please enquire for more than 4 individuals
Do I need to social distance?
Yes social distancing is necessary. Government guidelines do apply. If you have or are living with those who have symptoms, please do not book or attend any experiences booked. This will also apply if you have had suspected contact with someone with coronavirus. 
What happens if I have already booked an experience, but I now have symptoms of Covid-19 or been in contact with someone who has Covid-19?

Please contact us as soon as possible via ‘InfoWiltshireFalconry@gmail.com’ and we will reschedule any experiences booked, for a later date.

Cancelation Policy 

Please call us on 07961201326 or contact us via ‘InfoWiltshireFalconry@gmail.com’ to cancel or reschedule any existing bookings.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit on all experiences.
If less than 24 hours notice is given when cancelling an experience, 100% of the cost of the experience is requested. If more than 24 hours notice of cancellation is provided, you will be given a full refund – less the 50% non-refundable deposit.
